Dementia education for family carers and volunteers

Programme summary

Do you look after a family member or friend with dementia? Do you volunteer with an organisation that supports people living with dementia? Our dementia workshops for family carers and volunteers will discuss practical ways of coping and introduce you to local services and sources of support. A key part of the day is meeting others in a similar position to yourself and having the opportunity to chat.  There is also time for private questions. Individuals and groups are most welcome. Please call DSDC if you have problems attending because of your caring responsibilities.
