Carers and Care Providers
Health and social care organisations are experiencing increased pressures to care for more people with more complex healthcare needs; a situation which is anticipated to continue with the needs of an ageing global population.
As people live longer, and the proportion of older people in our populations increase, the prevalence of dementia is also anticipated to increase. It is therefore vital that healthcare providers are able to support more people with dementia.
Supporting people living with dementia can be a challenge if staff are not equipped with the necessary skills and understanding. Our team of health and social care practitioners work with organisations to support them, and their staff, to achieve service excellence in this field.
